ABOUT US:
The service we offer is meaningful not only to our clients, but our client’s families. We are looking for Nursing superstars to join our team, working collaboratively to achieve extraordinary levels of clinical services and care to our client located in Brighton.
TASKS INCLUDE:
- Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancement to their Case Manager
- Assisting our client with palliative and end of life care needs
- Administering medications
- Assisting with patient rehabilitation and with any personal care requirements
- Maintaining records and communicating with doctors
- Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to evaluate health outcomes
- Provide wound care and management and assessments plus Personal Care

YOU WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a RN (valid AHPRA registration)
- Recent clinical experience and competency, particularly in wound care and current medication management
- Fall prevention, seizure management and PEG feeding experience are ideal
- Previous community nursing experience is highly advantageous for this role
- Available for a variety of shifts including overnight shifts.
- Must have a current driver’s licence, a reliable road worthy vehicle and full comprehensive insurance.
- Valid CPR (issued within the last 12 months)
- NDIS workers screening check is essential
