AddressHSE Administrator – Biologic Environmental Survey

What you’ll do
We are looking for a passionate HSE Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role promoting a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and a desire to learn who is relationship focused.
Key responsibilities:
- Support, coordinate, implement and promote HSE practices, processes and systems.
- Facilitate and assist with collating and reporting safety performance data, and incident investigations.
- Assist in the development and review of HSE documentation.
- Identify, plan and deliver HSE training requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and report findings.
- Maintain effective record keeping and document control procedures.
- Assist in coordination of internal training and induction activities.
What you’ll bring
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian OHS legislation and industry standards
- Understanding and capability in hazard identification, risk assessments and controls
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite
- A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Desirable: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or currently working towards)
- Desirable: Experience within mining and or/ Environmental consulting industry
- Desirable Training and Assessing and ICAM Incident Investigation (highly regarded)
