LRH Mental Health Services
As a growing regional service, we have multiple opportunities across our Bed-based and Community Mental Health Services and are looking for professionals with a passion for Mental Health and a desire to make a positive difference.
Our Bed-based services are based in Traralgon and cater for and provide a range of services such as:
- Specialist emotional and psychological support and care to families experiencing postnatal difficulties following the arrival of a new baby, up to twelve months of age
- Acute treatment and recovery-based interventions for people aged 16-65 in a range of settings
- Services for those aged over 65 with Mental Health or behavioural issues
- Provide front line response to requests for urgent assistance for assessment and acute treatment (PECT)
Our Community Mental Health Services have locations across:
- Traralgon, Sale, Bairnsdale, Wonthaggi and Warragul, and
- Are compiled of multi-disciplinary teams that have specialist areas to deliver services and treatments to those aged 0-25, and 26 years and over

What we’re looking for?
- Professionals at various stages of their career, whether you are recently graduated, are a seasoned Mental Health professional or are looking for a career change
- Those with qualifications as either a:
- Registered Nurse with formal post-graduate qualification on Mental Health Nursing
- Registered Midwife (Parent and Infant unit only)
- Social Worker
- Occupational Therapist
- Psychologist
- Current registration with AHRPA, or eligibility for membership with AASW
