Salary: $80,000 - $90,599 Per Annum
PLUS, Superannuation contribution of 11%

About the role
An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse – Mental Health (Clinician) to join the Early Psychosis (hEP) Continuing Care Team. The role will be located at new Osborne Park office. The Registered Nurse – Mental Health (clinician) will participate, as part of a multidisciplinary team, in providing comprehensive, specialist and early intervention Mental Health services to young people aged 12-25 years.
The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate comprehensive, specialist and early intervention Mental Health care and provide specific psychological and psychosocial interventions tailored to meet the individual’s needs.
- Provide Mental Health assessments, including completion of mental state examination, risk assessment, case formulations and individual treatment planning.
- Consult with internal and external service systems to provide a full range of tailored interventions for young people with a first episode of psychosis.
- Carry a caseload of young people within the Continuing Care Team.
- Possess the relevant Tertiary qualification (registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, registered Psychologist) and membership to the appropriate professional body (AHPRA or AASW).
- Have a current National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Have a current Driver’s License.
- Current eligibility to work within Australia.
