Estia Health Bentleigh is a small, welcoming home situated on a quiet residential street with onsite parking, within walking distance to public transport and a short drive to Bentleigh’s centre and shops.

Estia Health Bentleigh is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for Morning Shifts (7 days a fortnight - Permanent Part Time, 7 am - 3.30 pm).

Additional Requirement: The successful candidate should be able to fill in the role of the Clinical Director as needed/based on the needs, as an additional requirement.

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll be someone who is empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home. You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ACFI
