- Provide quality clinical care to our residents.
- Complete documentation and reporting as per TTHA policies and procedures including resident assessment and care planning.
- Always uphold TTHA values of honesty, teamwork, respect, dignity and accountability of your actions.
- Lead a care team to deliver the highest quality, person-centered, care to our residents
- Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound management and clinical care, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure health and safety laws are adhered to.
- Sound knowledge around infection control and manual handling.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following relevant experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse - Essential
- Professional Indemnity Insurance -Essential
- Be passionate to work with the elderly residents
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Demonstrated clinical and staff leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
- Enjoy working in a close team environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
- Applicants must have a valid police clearance
