AddressPayworx is a leading provider of comprehensive nursing services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, providing clinical and community nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical and community nursing care.
- Provide support and care to elderly and disabled clients.
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Educate clients and families on health management and preventive care.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Community Nurse.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Extensive experience in the aged care sector.
- Valid Police Check.
- Full working rights within Australia.
- Covid-19 vaccination.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid NSW Driver’s License and preferably own a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Screen Check.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Completion of NDIS Modules or willingness to complete them (Induction Module, Orientation Module, Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals).
