What you'll be doing in this role:
In consultation with the Manager, you will provide clinical care leadership, skill development and mentoring to our carers with regards to all resident clinical care needs. You will join a team that is providing the highest standard of clinical care and support for our residents residing in our aged care home to improve their quality of life.

Who we're looking for:
- You'll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded)
- You'll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
- Available to work nights ongoing with opportunity to work additional day AM or PM shifts
- You'll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged care Services
- You'll be resourceful, respectful, passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
On-boarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program hosted by our Clinical Educators. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care.
