AddressA position for an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our passionate team, with a focus of providing high quality health care in a positive and supportive environment. Experience in General Practice preferred, but not essential.
You will need to have excellent communication both, written and oral, work well within a team, be passionate about providing holistic care and work to best practices. A strong ability to time manage and multi-task is also required. A passion for learning and collaborating with team members is a must.
We provide a variety of services from childhood immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care, travel health and advice, Triaging patients and health assessments, and recall systems.
Flexible working hours are available – with casual hours to the capacity to work up to full time hours when required.
Current registration with AHPRA required.
Experience with Medical director and Pracsoft is desired., but not essential.
Minimum 1 year post graduate experience desired
Must work well in a team environment and ability to work autonomously
Strong understanding of chronic disease management and current public health issues.
Experience with Immunisation programs and schedules
Strong administrative skills
