This position reports directly to the Plant Manager & the RTW/ Wellbeing Manager & works closely with Medical & Physiotherapy professionals.
The role is responsible for pre-employment assessments, first line injury treatment, injury investigation, claims management, supporting employees back to the workplace and working with the multidisciplinary team on injury prevention initiatives.

About you
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 4 years clinical nursing experience.
- Return to Work Coordinator Certificate
- An understanding of NSW WHS RTW legislation & Injury Management Practices.
- Experience in completing pre-employment assessments
- Injury case management including RTW programs & reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Injury Claims Management.
- Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team.
- A Valid Drivers License
- Workplace Drug / Alcohol Testing (Breath, Saliva, Urine)
- Workplace Screening Audiometry
