What You'll Do:
- Lead with compassion and expertise in providing specialist community and Primary Health nursing services.
- Administer routine immunisations, wound care, and prescribed medications, and perform various testing and monitoring procedures as directed by the GP within the recognized scope of practice.
- Contribute leadership to the multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive Primary Healthcare services aligned with the Model of Care.
- Conduct Aboriginal Health Checks
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care focused on prevention and management.
- Be the driving force behind innovative healthcare solutions tailored to Indigenous populations.
- Champion the importance of accurate health records and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Passionate and driven Nursing professionals with a heart for Indigenous healthcare.
- Nursing Degree with current APHRA Registration.
- Demonstrated clinical prowess and a knack for effective teamwork.
- In-depth understanding of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services and related challenges.
- Tech-savvy individuals.
