About the Role
A Registered Nurse is responsible for providing quality personal, social, and emotional care and support to residents and their representatives in accordance with Murroona Gardens values.
Successful candidates must have:
Current AHPRA registration in Registered Nursing
Aged Care experience is beneficial
Empathy towards the needs of the frail aged
A good understanding of contemporary Aged Care, clinical practice, and clinical leadership in a residential setting
Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate, and resolve conflict
Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team
Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills
Excellent written documentation and assessment skills
A good knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation standards
Proficient computer skills
