Overview
As the Registered Nurse - Renal Dialysis you will provide nursing services to renal patients requiring haemodialysis and haemodiafiltration within the Ceduna District Health Services.
In this role, you will provide evidenced based care by assessing, planning, implementing individual patient/client needs and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies. You will be working with patients with diverse cultural backgrounds which will require you to engage with consumers in a culturally appropriate manner and have a willingness to undertake further training in this manner.
Eligibility to apply
Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate and have at least 3 years post registration experience.
Must have a demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel essential.
