As the State Manager you will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of our high-volume business in Western Australia, particularly in the East/West Kimberly, Wheatbelt and Goldfield regions.
Based in our North Coogee office, you will manage all aspects of the Head Contractor Maintenance Contract across the State in our contract areas. With a primary focus on achieving key milestones, program deliverables, excellent client relationships and maintaining a team focus on the job at hand.
This position requires semi-regular statewide travel and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong client relationships and participate in contractual meetings as needed;
• Deliver business objectives, managing quality, operations, and finance to achieve contractual KPIs within relevant legislation;
• Coordinate end-to-end planning and delivery of timely and quality maintenance services across the state;
• Analyse and understand data to produce client reports;
• Positively react to the results of reports to bring about positive and proactive changes in the management and outcomes of the contract;
• Oversee the state budget to meet business targets;
• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies, whilst maintaining quality outcomes;
• Ensure timely delivery of maintenance services in compliance with contractual requirements;
• Manage the Operations, Quality and Project Managers to meet contract performance;
• Monitor and manage subcontractor procurement;
• Foster a positive team culture and mentor team members;
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure financial objectives are met.
Essential Requirements:

• Proven capability in managing trades, suppliers, and project budgets;
• Excellent time management and organisational skills;
• High level of business / commercial acumen;
• Ability to pass a National Police Clearance.
