Jallarah Homes Inc is a small community-based not-for-profit home located in a small town of Meningie on the edge of Lake Albert about 1.5 Hr from Adelaide. Our modern, 30 bed home has a lovely outlook over the town and Lake.
Jallarah Homes is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team. Our focus is on ensuring an excellent quality of care to residents and by extension, their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively
- Supporting person centred practices
- Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to the consumers.
- Carrying out and monitoring relevant nursing observation, and assessments for the residents and report to the management when needed.
- Adhering to WHS and other relevant legislation and standards and workplace policies and procedures
- Maintaining quality and practice improvement
- Building and maintaining relationships with residents, families, others involved.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA
- Current Immunisation history – COVID-19 and Influenza
- Can-Do attitude
