About the role:
The Rockpool Group are expanding their clinical leadership teams with a new model of care. The role of R/N Supervisor is being implemented across our homes with coverage across morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.

About you:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- At least 3 years aged care RN experience, with a personal passion for the sector
- Exceptional leadership capability
- Demonstrable communication skills across employees, resident and their families.
- Exceptional knowledge of and understanding of relevant legislation and standards.
