Seaton Place, is a brand new state of the art 128 bed residential aged care facility located in in the heart of the coastal community of Cleveland with ample free parking and transport options.
The Job
- Lead a team of fabulous care staff and use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver excellent, personalised care, and foster a fun, nurturing environment
- Contribute to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day
- Work closely with the Clinical Care Manager and Facility Manager to provide leadership to our nursing care team, and quality outcomes for our residents
You bring: experience in a similar role, great clinical skills, a genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference.
