AddressMARS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in surgical, for a contract in regional NSW, located 12-hours west of Sydney.
Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse specialising in Surgical Ward care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing patients for surgery and assisting medical staff during surgical procedures.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and post-operative recovery.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to create individualised care plans for patients.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all patients under your care.

Requirements:
- Must have minimum 2 years's post graduate experience as an RN, with surgical, medical and/or acute care background
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- National Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Full Immunisation History
- NSW WWCC (or willing to obtain)
