Salary: $44 - $49.58 per hour + superannuation + penalties (dependent on experience)
Roster: Rotating shifts: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am
Relocation Package: Up to $5000 relocation assistance provided
Accommodation: Temporary on-site accommodation for the initial 4-6 weeks

Position Overview: Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team and contribute to the delivery of exemplary care. Reporting directly to the facility manager, you'll embrace a rotating roster to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a picturesque coastal setting while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care in accordance with individual care plans and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
- Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and care interventions.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory standards to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with a flexible, rotating roster.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical nursing practices.
