- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple departments, including Emergency Department, Sub Acute, and Aged Care units.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, prioritise care needs, and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, treatment options, and discharge planning.
- Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
- National Crime Check within the past 12 months, or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children's Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current ALS certification
- Proven experience in Emergency Medicine (including triage), Aged Care, and Sub Acute.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to be in-charge of shifts.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to prioritise care and make sound clinical judgements.
