We have a fantastic opportunity within either of our friendly office’s – Algester or Maroochydore in a Telehealth Role.

The Role:
- Evaluate veteran’s health within a telehealth environment, understand their chronic conditions and medical history to recommend suitable care.
- Work in collaboration with a varied allied health team.
- Provide accurate guidance on health conditions, medications, and self-care practices within a nursing scope.
- Generate comprehensive care plans for veterans of all ages.
- Maintain client relationships with ongoing care.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a holistic and proactive health approach for the veteran.
The ideal candidate:
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive nurse who enjoys a team environment.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Ability to critically think and multi-task.
