The role:
In this role you will join a diverse Clinical Education team and be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs to clinical and non-clinical staff that work in a 24/7 environment in our Goulburn and Bundanoon regions. To achieve this you will use your creative skills through various clinical learning strategies and support career pathway programs that lead into the future needs of our organisation.
To be successful you will need:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering and evaluating training programs and quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coach, mentor and support staff
- Experience in ensuring compliance to aged care standards and regulations
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and prioritisation in order to complete tasks with competing deadlines
- Current Driver’s License
