Location:Tin Can Bay, Queensland (2 hours from Brisbane)
Start Date: Flexible
Salary: $40 – $50 per hour + superannuation + penalties (Dependent on Experience)
Sponsorship Visa: 482 Visa with potential for Permanent Residency

The Role:
- Permanent position with a full rotating roster
- 9 shifts per fortnight guaranteed
Relocation Package:

About the Position:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
- Report to the Clinical Governance Manager
- Provide medical care and oversee patient treatment plans
- Ensure the well-being of elderly residents
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high standards of care
- Contribute to the residents’ quality of life and the facility’s excellent reputation

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring residents’ health and updating care plans
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
