Role Requirements - but not limited to:
- Perform tasks both independently and collaboratively.
- Take ownership and accountability for your own activities and assigns care to healthcare professionals, enrolled nurses, and nursing assistants.
- As an employee progresses from a beginning to an experienced practitioner, they should show indications of growing autonomy and exercising higher levels of professional judgement in the therapeutic setting.
- Provide Direct, All-Inclusive Care.
- Accountable for activities assigned to an enrolled nurse, unregulated healthcare worker, Registered Nurse/midwife, and own standards, actions, and results of own nursing practice.
- Plan, organize, carry out, and assess nursing care in cooperation with patients, colleagues, and the medical team.

About You:
As a Registered Nurse, you will have proven ability and can demonstrate the following:
- You have the capacity to thoroughly plan, organize, carry out, and assess nursing care.
- Awareness of your professional and legal obligations.
- Capacity to establish and preserve strong bonds with patients, the interdisciplinary team, and other stakeholders, including involvement in pertinent networks.
- High standards for oral and written communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in utilizing or acquiring knowledge of information systems suitable for the role.
- Capacity to exhibit personal continual professional development and offer clinical education and assistance.
What we need you to have:
- Flexibility for varied shifts/rosters
- Access to your own vehicle
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Fully Vaccinated.
- Bachelor in Nursing Certificate or Diploma.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current National Police Clearance (within 36 months)
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
