The Cardiovascular unit is a level 5 facility. Orange health service is the rural referral centre for Cardiology services, and has recently received a funding enhancement to open additional beds to accommodate the volume of admissions. This enhancement has facilitated the ability to recruit Registered Nurses and Enrolled nursing positions.
