Your part in our Blue Care team
As a Registered Nurse you will provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility. You will apply your clinical skills to improve their quality of life through activities that include:
Assessing, planning and implementing client care within your scope
Considering physical, social and psychological requirements
Creating and updating care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensuring clinical quality compliance standards are met
Working collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members.
What makes a difference for us?
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
General nursing experience, post-registration
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Applicable only for Registered Nurse - Community Aged Care)
