, Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 2 Jun 2024 – job share may be considered) Position Classification: Registered NurseRemuneration: $70,049.73 - $98,351.39 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options are available to reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay) Requisition ID: REQ470961Location: Dubbo & Orange, NSW – Find out moreHours Per Week: up to 38 Applications Close: 18 Mar 2024 – 11:59pm Registered Nurse – Virtual Care (vCare)Western Virtual – Dubbo & Orange About the roleThe Nurse Coordinator position will work within the vCare command centre, collaborating with nurses and clinicians in rural and remote facilities to coordinate and deliver care virtually, in addition to supporting the provision of telehealth support using software for early warning signs to recognise patient deterioration, support falls best practice, provide ongoing observation with access to vCare clinical team to enable support to assist bedside teams. Recent emergency and/or critical care experience is preferred.
The Western Virtual Division is a supportive, agile, and innovative team consisting of vCare (Virtual, Co-ordination, Access, Referral, Escalation), vRGS (Virtual Rural Generalist Service), iCiC (Integrated Care in the Community) and vAHS (Virtual Allied Health Service). As a service, it operates, collaborating with Rural and Remote Facilities, Base Hospitals, Tertiary Referral Hospitals, Ambulance New South Wales, and all clinicians involved in the delivery of patient centred care.
