About the role
VMCH requires a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high quality personalised clinical care to our residents with a person-centred approach at our support accommodation house in Alphington. The RN demonstrates professional and collaborative practice and provide direction to our Disability Support Workers.
About you
This role requires an experienced RN with excellent clinical skills and an understanding of disability care, all residents have an ABI. There are casual positions available for AM / PM and / or Active Nights.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Excellent clinical skills, including experience with enteric (PEG) support, and stoma management; emergency airway management
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience working with children or young adults with complex disabilities
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including consumers, families, therapists, carers and support workers
- Ability to work autonomously
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Working with Children’s Check
- Valid Victorian Drivers’ Licence
- Evidence of Flu Vaccination and COVID Vaccinations
