We are seeking a Registered/Enrolled Nurse who is looking for more 1:1 support for customers including complex care plans, catheter management plans, liaising with Allied Health, assisting with infection control policies and procedures, staff training and competencies etc.

The Registered/Enrolled Nurse we are looking for will be working alongside our Team Leaders and stakeholders providing a range of support to customers living with disability. Day to day, the role could include:-
Reviewing, updating, and writing complex care plans - training Support Workers where needed
Reviewing catheter management plans, stoma management plans, diabetes management plans, etc - training Support Workers where needed
Reviewing, updating, and writing personal care plans with a focus on person-centered care
Attending team meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing policies and procedures when needed
Attending management meetings
The role requires flexibility but will more than likely be school hours between 9am and 3pm and one or two days per week. It will be a range of on and offsite.
