- Salary $68,481 - $93,439 p.a. (pro rata) - Temporary Part Time (up to 15 November 2024) - RN/M1
Within this role you accept accountability for your own standards of nursing/midwifery care and for activities delegated to others. You must have effective communication skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills; the ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
You must be a registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate OR registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate OR registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with a demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
This is a part time vacancy, working 24 hours per fortnight over a 7 day roster and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked. In addition to the annual salary package, we also offer salary sacrifice benefits, employer superannuation contributions and leave loading.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Screening/Check and specific immunisation requirements. COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement under the Public Health Act 2011 (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination) (COVID-19) to work in SA Health/health care setting.
