Registered Nurses

To be Successful:

• Current AHPRA registration without restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Who are we looking for?

Ontime Healthcare is a rapidly growing boutique agency operating across Victoria. Due to a higher client demand we are now looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RN) with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established nursing team.

Working with our partners allows us to service acute, mental health, specialist, practice nurses, corporate services and private clients thus giving you greater choice and flexibility to work when and where you choose.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and providing wound care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Other Requirements:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is not essential but highly desirable
