About the role
We have multiple opportunities within our modernised facility based in Kelmscott consisting of 45 rooms tailored to our resident’s needs. These roles provide assessment, personalised care plan development and support to our clinical and care team. Along with ensuring safe medication practice and quality records are maintained our nurses role model delivering best practice person centred care.
About you
You’ll be self-motivated and looking to be a part of caring, empathetic and professional team. Along with a commitment to quality patient care, you’ll have well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills. Your key experience will bring:
- Relevant Nursing qualifications and professional AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management and documentation skills
- Strong communication and relationship building experience with a wide range of people
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
