Staffs at SSFP work together as a team to provide the highest quality of care to all our patients, we blend modern medicine using holistic approach for all our patient care, as a patient centered practice, we provide preventative care through Chronic Disease Management and patient initiatives
Role, Skills & Responsibilities
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team, an individual who has the ability to work under pressure and a good team member, this position will be well situated for a highly motivated person with a sound background in patient care who is capable to adapt in an industry that is always changing.
Main Duties
- Liaising with Administrative Staff & GPs to maintain high level of QA within the practice
- Assisting GPs with minor procedures
- Health assessments
- Chronic Disease Management - Care plan
- Recalling Patients
- Immunisations
- Wound Management
- Spirometry
- ECG
- Iron infusion
- Cervical Screening Test
- Ordering Medical Consumables
- Treatment room management
- Cold Chain Management
Skills required for this position
• Previous medical practice experience preferable but not essential as training will be available
• Outstanding patient relationship skills
• Professional, courteous and excellent telephone manner
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Attention to detail and a quick learner
• Maintain a vibrant and friendly attitude
• Professional work and dress ethic
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration
- Ability to work in Australia
- Current CPR
- Ability to multi - tasking and excellent time management skills
- Proven problem solving skills
Computer skills is an essential requirement
Experience with Medical Director preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Remuneration in accordance with experience and qualifications.
