Your Role:
As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe and compassionate clinical care, working in close collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Your commitment to providing exceptional care and support extends through the entire recovery process and to the patients' families, emphasising the importance of a holistic approach to healthcare. The Position:
- Must hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Must have ALS & Resus.
- Triage (beneficial however not mandatory).
- Demonstrated dedication to high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, codes, and standards governing practice.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Ability to identify and address problems effectively, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficient in working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Capable of prioritising tasks and multitasking efficiently.
- Committed to ongoing education and professional development.
- Understands and applies workplace health and safety principles.
- Must be aware of and knowledgeable about relevant regulations, codes, and standards, maintaining current AHPRA registration.
- Skilled in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Adept at collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.
