Care Around The Clock is a boutique Home Care service provider that provides premium in-Home Care for all ages, including aged care, In Home and community disability support, dementia care and palliative care.
We are looking for motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team in providing high quality care to clients in their own home.
We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, ensuring that you have the resources and support needed to succeed in your role. We will introduce you to your new clients before you commence caring and supporting them.
About the role:
- Delivering comprehensive treatment and care to clients, with varying degrees of care needs
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed
- Pressure Area Care and Wound Management
- Monitoring client's conditions and responding to changes promptly
- Work independently and as part of a team in order to ensure the best possible care for our clients
Candidates will require the following:
- The right to work in Australia
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Current Police Clearance Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A smart phone
