The Role
This pivotal role is essential to our department functions and will mean providing credit-control and debt collection support in our accounts receivable team. It is essential you have a proactive mindset, manage time efficiently, be detail conscious and most importantly, have excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Requirements
- 2+ yrs previous experience and/or knowledge in a debt collection environment
- Strong internal and external customer service skills
- Resilience, tenacity and general work maturity with confidence
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft office suite
- Knowledge with QAD (preferred)
This position is will see you Working from Home however the first 2 x weeks of employment will be located in the Carole Park office for training purposes. A decent office setup at home is a necessity.
