About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Day Oncology/Haematology Unit. As a Day Oncology/Haematology Nurse you will have the unique opportunity to make a profound impact on patients' lives. Your main duties will include:
- Providing care to patients with a variety of oncology and haematology conditions
- Working in a dynamic team, in a fast paced environment
- Consistently and enthusiastically delivers high levels of patient service to exceed patient expectations
- Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence based practice
About you
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Background in Oncology/ Haematology Nursing (minimum 2 years) - day environment desirable
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated clinical competence in oncology/ haematology
- Completed eviQ ADAC version 4 competencies - or working towards
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high quality patient care and services
- Works well autonomously and in a team
