About the Role:
Hillview House: 45 Hillview St, Woy Woy NSW 2256
Thompson Health Care Hillview House is seeking experienced Registered Nursesto provide high level clinical care to meet resident’s individual care needs that will enhance their quality of life. This includes:
- Ensure that our resident care and treatmen ts are documented to meet regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives
- Provide leadership and supervision of AIN's
- Flexible and passionate about aged care.
Skills and Experience:
- Endorsed by APHRA (essential).
- Aged Care experience beneficial
- Previous experience as a RN in Australia.
- A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.
- Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict.
- Great communication skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to the team.
- Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written documentation and assessment skills.
- A good knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards.
