As one of the largest practices in Tasmania, our dynamic and friendly team is committed to delivering the highest quality care to our community.
We are looking for dedicated nurses to join our expanding team at YHD to provide coordinated care to our Doctors and patients. A sound knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments is a must. You must bring a strong work ethic, a caring nature, with a high level communication skills. You will be required to assist with skin procedures, minor procedures, pre-employment medicals and travel medicine.
Skills & experience
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Previous 2 years’ experience working in general practice (preferred)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A desire to improve the health of our patients through your caring and collaborative work ethic
- A willingness to embrace innovative models of patient care using emerging technologies and support tools
- Best Practice experience (preferred)
