Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) 2025 Medical Intake

Registrar – Advanced Trainee – Pathology – Paediatric Haematology

This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension(s).

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/09/2024  

Position Profile: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registrar to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional diagnostic, interpretive, and clinical and laboratory haematology services.
This position will have an initial clinical Paediatric Haematology focus with a plan to pursue Paediatric Haematology dual training.

As an integral member of the team, you will provide and promote patient-centered care under the supervision of Clinical Supervisors within a multi-disciplinary environment.

CAHS is made up of Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Perth Children’s Hospital.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
