- Salary ranging from $93,295 pa to $102,941 pa + super and leave loading
Recruiting now to build a pipeline of talent to fill roles across the Court Services - Coffs Harbour Hub. Opportunities may be Ongoing or Temporary, Full Time or Part Time depending on current and future vacancies at individual locations.
Locations in the Coffs Harbour Hub where roles may arise are: Taree, Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Coffs Harbour and Grafton.

Your role
This role is responsible for a team delivering high quality and professional services to clients. Supervising the team, you will promote a positive working environment that values ethical behaviour and high performance whilst meeting statutory and administrative obligations.
What you'll do
Leading the team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, developing and motivating staff in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Implementing procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately equipped to provide best practices and standards to clients
- Continual improvement and implementation of processes and procedures which are always up to date with procedural and legislation changes
- Dealing with staff issues and providing feedback and counselling
- Adapting to work in different jurisdictions
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and motivating staff in a busy and complex work environment
- Strong people management and organisational skills
- Candidates who are driven and process focussed
- Ability to demonstrate judgment and discretion in performing quasi-judicial functions
- Experience implementing training to ensure procedures and legislative changes are followed
Essential requirements
Travel between Court locations may be required. Circuit and relieving staff are required to possess a current Drivers Licence and must be willing to travel, including overnight stays.
