We are seeking a dynamic professional to take on a crucial position in our regulatory team. As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will be supporting the Regulatory team, with a focus on maintaining the regulatory approval and renewal functions. This is initially a 12 month contract role, with scope to convert to a permanant position for the right candidate.
In this fast-paced and varied role your responsibilities will include:
- Managing internal processes based on regulatory requirements
- Reviewing Divisional product labels for Regulatory information
- Maintain tools and processes for product safety, eg Sharepoint sites
- Document and maintain Regulatory SOPs and Procedures
- Create and manage label forms for label updates.
- Understand how to use SAP platform for reviewing product formulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams
- Lodge approvals for MPI Dairy and Non-Dairy applications
Our ideal candidate may have:
- Chemistry based degree
- Some experience in safety or chemistry would be ideal
- Willingness to learn business and regulatory processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents
