Position details
The position is responsible for:
- Managing aspects of compliance monitoring programs and projects to ensure compliance with laws and codes of practice. This includes raising awareness, clarifying obligations, producing guidance and influencing business compliance.
- Researching, investigating, gathering and reviewing evidence, and analysing and interpreting information to support the division's work.
- Triage incoming queries and self-reported breaches to determine the appropriate compliance and enforcement pathway.
- Draft correspondence, briefings, decisions, notices, industry guidance, papers, and reports.
- Work with energy businesses to remediate non-compliance and promote compliance.
