As our Regulatory Assurance Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Regulatory Assurance Delivery, you will assist with the Planning and delivering of compliance assurance reviews in line with the Regulatory Assurance Function (RAF) Framework and the approved annual plan.
A few of your responsibilities
- Completing Regulatory Assurance Function reviews in accordance with the Regulatory Audit Assurance Function operating model and methodology.
- Preparing and presenting clear and concise Regulatory Assurance Function reports detailing the outcomes of Regulatory Assurance Function testing.
- Discussing and validating findings with relevant management.
- Immediately escalating where potential breaches are identified during testing (ahead of formal report release).
- Remaining informed of business changes, other assurance activities, internal audit scheduling and remediation projects.
- 3+ experience in compliance and/or assurance/audit roles in a highly regulated business environment.
- Demonstrated assurance service capabilities in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including detailed reports and presentations.
