• Our client, a medicinal cannabis distributor, is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Associate to ensure Regulatory Compliance across their operations. As a Compliance Associate, you will support the preparation and submission of license applications and permits required for the distribution of cannabis products.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Maintaining the accuracy of regulatory documentation and records.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and external consultants to facilitate the licensing process for new warehouses.
• Reviewing product labels, packaging, and promotional materials to ensure Regulatory Compliance.
• Assisting in managing product complaints and other ad hoc compliance activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional to influence the regulatory processes of a rapidly expanding medicinal cannabis company.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences or any other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the pharmaceutical and/or complementary medicine industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and high attention to detail.
• Previous experience working within the medicinal cannabis industry will be highly regarded.
