About the Role:
This role requires a Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate with a strong regulatory background in either haircare, cosmetic or skincare.
Working independently, you will assist the Quality and R&D team with all aspects of compliance to regulatory standards including:
- Raw Material Documentation
- Creation, maintenance, and submission of Product Information Files (PIF)
- Preparation and submission of regulatory documents
- Liaising internally with QA, R&D as well as external stakeholders ensuring high quality dossiers are generated
- Adapting to the constant change in the regulatory environment in ANZ, EU and US and committing to doing what is right.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Regulatory knowledge - EU REACH, US export essential
- Relevant experience in regulatory affairs/compliance within a haircare, cosmetic and skincare
- Awareness of the upcoming changes with MoCRA US regulations
- Knowledge of global exports legislation, relevant guidelines, procedures and requirements.
- Ability to work proficiently in excel, MS- Office and databases MS Access
- Good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multi task essential
