AddressMARS Recruitment has collaborated with a leading global investment bank to seek a dedicated and seasoned Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for APRA returns, ABS reporting, ASX reporting, and financial reporting.
They are looking for a Regulatory Reporting specialist with experience in Australian Regulatory Reporting and APRA reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing returns for the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA).
- Compiling Head Office financial reports.
- Ensure timely submission of returns for the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
- Compiling returns for the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
- Preparing all supporting documentation and schedules for Regulatory Reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Conduct data analysis and reconciliation to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting protocols and documentation.
- Provide support during regulatory audits.
Criteria:
- 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting within Australia.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, preferably in an investment banking environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
