- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Social Worker, Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Physiotherapist (with association registration).
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Current National Police Check.
- >1 years of experience working in an Allied Health setting
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Attend medical, surgical or treatment case conferences to collaborate with the client and their providers on best-practice treatment strategies.
- Liaise with stakeholders over the phone, including clients, insurers, employers, treatment providers and medical professionals to provide clinical updates on status and ensure cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Facilitate meetings for timely return-to-work
- Establish clear, tailored SMART goals with each client.
