Our client are a leading boutique leadership consulting & coaching firm in the CBD, seeking a passionate and committed Team Assistant to join the team on a part-time basis (3-4 days a week).This role is ideal for an experienced candidate, with a strong skillset in diary management, inbox management and office management, who wants to be a part of a down to earth team, a flexible culture and have great work-life balance.On the day to day you will be looking after the Founding Director, assisting her with diary & inbox management, setting up meetings, drafting correspondence on her behalf, booking travel and looking after the wider Projects team.What you'll do:Assist the Founding Dicrector and the wider team with:
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Manage travel bookings
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team of Consultants in collaboration with a small team of project managers
- Coordinate various team meetings/offsites etc.
- Assist with proposal writing and new business pitches
- Manage client and participant liaison
- Update and prepare PowerPoint presentations for facilitation/workshops
- Provide accounting and finance support (some invoicing and budget support)
- Coordinate and update relevant workbooks and session materials
- Organise some events
- Perform other office management duties including stationery ordering/maintenance/oversight, answering phone/taking messages, greeting visitors/clients, managing office logistics, assisting with printing and binding (both internally and externally), booking travel, in-house catering
- Demonstrated experience in Administration Management - planning skills, accountability, proactivity are essential
- Exceptional organisational skills - ability to manage multiple facets of the role efficiently
- Attention to detail is paramount for this role
- Self-motivation - working independently and ability to prioritise competing demands
- Client Acumen - ability to understand our diverse range of clients across numerous industries and demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Positive mindset is highly valued in our team culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/PP/Excel and Outlook) is required
