About the role
We are looking for a roster, payroll and accounts administrator to join our team.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
This position is based in Burwood. Not available as a work from home role.
The successful candidate will be confident in payroll, accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
Experience in the below is essential:
- Rostering
- Invoicing
- Xero Accounting Software
- Excel
The job description includes but is not limited to:
- Payroll
- Accounts receivable (invoicing and following up payments)
- Accounts payable (matching Purchase orders to supplier invoices, data entry of supplier invoices, collating payments based on statement)
- Answering the phones & assisting with customer requests
- Filing & other office admin duties
Skills and experiences
- A minimum of 1 year experience using Xero.
- Strong written and oral communication, including warm and friendly customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish a good rapport with the team and clients.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office suite programs to a high competency level.
- Ability to learn our CRM.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Current Driver’s License.
